This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the recliner chair so ergonomically designed- really restful to relax in looking at the mountain view. Room service was excellent, the breakfast fabulous. Food over all was very good. The bathroom was also well equipped with an excellent rain shower.

I liked the room size, the air conditioning, and the water pressure. The food served in the rooftop restaurant was beautiful, the staff were attentive, and profession. The location was immediately beside a shopping mall with a close proximity to the railway station.

This hotel was great. So glad we found it so last minute. Its a little modern gem amongst the Himalayan regions. It felt cosy and homely. The breakfast was good. A mixture of everything only thing I'd say is some fresh juices would have been good, the pineapple they claim is fresh is definitely boxed juice. The staff in the restaurant are lovely and smiley. My mum and I stayed here for 2 nights and were very impressed. Bed is super comfy, amazing views and outdoor seating area. It's just a beautiful hotel and decor is done super well. I really recommend this place. We were going to Nainital and I'm glad we stayed in this area and not in Nainital as its a bit warmer and not so in the hussle and bustle of it all. Close to railway also.

Breakfast is excellent. Have different choices for breakfast. Taste is good. Cleanliness is good. All staff are very good, attentive, cheerful. We enjoyed our stay at Fortune Walkway Mall, Haldwani and we recommend others also for the stay.

Mesmerizing beauty of hills has infused refreshing life in us while we stayed in Fortune hotel at Haldwani. It's a remarkable experience, totally joyful. Room was a super delight thanks to Ms. Upasana. Dining and open area at terrace is amazing. Hotel staff ensured each day is filled with happiness. Food is good. variety and taste can be better. Drinking water was pure and healthy (of course as we get it directly from nature) All staff members are polite and great at their work, am too enthusiastic to visit again and stay at hotel. I want to extend my special thanks to Mr. Kundan, Ms. Neha and Mr. Lokesh for being wonderful people.

The staff was really really nice! Hotel is quite new and hence the rooms etc are pretty good. Terrace is really nice and there is ample parking. There is a mall right next door and the food was really good too!

The Hotel location is amazing. Hotel staff is very courteous & friendly. I would say the hospitality is just the way it should be. Rooms are just good enough, neat & clean with a very nice view of the city & mountains. Hotel is very new, and spa is still under construction, which will take around 2 months more to open. Restaurant is just amazing, the view will take your breath away. Food is Tasty. Also, the hotel is in Nainital road or the main highway so very easy approach who will be travelling to either Nainital or Corbett.
